Payment
- Membership enabled: users pay a monthly membership to see the channels
- Non stop broadcasting
- After users have paid the monthly fee they don't have any restrictions. They can watch the live streams or recordings non-stop
Recording
- Content is recorded Non-Stop, 24/7
- BlinkoTV Pro records everything and admin cannot choose what is recorded or not
- Recordings are split in 1 h files for management from back office
- Default clean up: recorded files older than 7 days are deleted (optional, these may be hosted for the time you choose)
Video On Demand
- Upload other media files NOT included
( Monster Encoder available for adding VOD as an option) - Recorded shows used in VOD are taken from the recordings on the server
- Administrator has to setup the start and end time of any recorded show manually
- Membership subscription paid by regular users allow them to view all the VOD movies without having to pay extra fees (monthly membership fee for access to all VOD and TV channels included)

Pay per View Membership
Payment
- Pay per event for Live Events (administrator sets the time and date for the live event. The live event has a limited duration)
- The broadcasting is not NON STOP, but per event
- The user will pay a fixed fee for each live event
- Pay per view in VOD MODE (users may view a movie for free or pay a fixed fee to rent one)
Recording
- Recording is made per event
- When the event administrator begins to broadcast LIVE an event, the recording is automatically started
- When administrator stops the broadcast, the recording of that event stops automatically
- If the Internet connection is interrupted, the recording will resume automatically and will continue the recording automatically when the administrator starts to broadcast again
Video On Demand
- Administrators can add new movies to site via
Monster Encoder - Administrator can add new movies from the recordings on the server from live events
- Movies may be free or have a rent price set by administrator
- Each event is Pay per View so users will pay a fee (set by admin) to see the event or VOD movie.
User Management
- Users may view live events or movies only if they pay a fee (or they are invited to view for free)
- Users can see a movie or event for free if the administrator makes the event/movie free or if the administrator gives them a free pass.

Schedule Controls
- Schedule is present on the first page of the application and displayed only if there is at least one event
- Events are scheduled by date and time
- Events are inserted by administrator with details of start date, duration, description and status
